Cressida was awarded the Bulldog Prinsep Bursary from the National Theatre Studio in 2007. She was Gregory Doran’s Assistant Director at the RSC for Hamlet, Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Love’s Labour’s Lost.

At the Ian Charleston Awards in 2009 Edward Bennett took second place and Tom Davey was commended, both for their understudy roles in Hamlet, directed by Cressida.

Cressida is currently directing Brecht’s Threepenny Opera at Trinity Buoy Lighthouse for Central School of Speech and Drama with the BA Theatre Practice students.

Elayce was Administrative Co-ordinator at Complicite, and worked on the tour of 'A Disappearing Number'. She is currently training at Lispa
